MAY 11TH IS THE DEADLINE TO GUARANTEE SHIRTS FOR YOUR TEAM, WITH NO EXCEPTIONS.

Join us, rain or shine, on Saturday, May 25th, for the brattiest volleyball tournament you’ve ever seen. With four different divisions, the tournament has a spot for every type of team. Teams must have at least five players or will be forced to forfeit.

Check-in will occur from 7:30-8:30 am on Saturday, May 25th, in the Sports Zone (enter via Willow Island and cross the bridge to enter). We’ll have a captain’s meeting at 8:30, and tournament play will begin at 9 am.

Cash prizes will be for 1st place teams in the Power and Intermediate divisions. Beer and soda will be awarded to the 1st place teams in the Recreational division.

Registration includes a Bratteyball t-shirt (before May 11th) and a free beer or soda. Teams must register by May 11th to receive their free t-shirts. Online registration closes on Wednesday, May 22nd.

You cannot register on the day of the tournament! You must pre-register before the deadline, so don’t miss your chance! 

All teams must have a minimum of 5 players and at least two females per team.

  • Many past college players; expect jump serves, etc

  • Mix of college players and others; great volleys and hard hits

  • A mixture of both overhand and underhand serving

  • Underhand serving is common; hit the ball over as quickly as you can

Bratteyball (Brat Fest Volleyball) is a non-refundable event. Play will go on rain or shine. If Tournament is cancelled due to extreme weather conditions, we will try to move the date of the tournament but cannot guarantee to do so. If the tournament is canceled, you will not be reimbursed your registration money. Brat Fest, Inc, volunteers, sponsors, The City of Madison, and The County of Dane hold no liability. Play is at your own risk.
